Job Summary:
Experience Required:
• 10+ years of experience working on large Vlocity engagements as a Technical Architect.

You’ll also help organize office layouts and assist with coordinating office moves and furniture installations. Additionally, you’ll order and restock supplies as needed to support both the Safety and Facilities functions. Externally, you'll coordinate and correspond with multiple vendors and service providers professionally. You'll be responsible for tracking janitorial services and reports, maintaining office and breakroom supplies, and assisting with scheduling training events and other conference room management tasks. You'll prepare and submit expense reports and purchase requisitions and maintain contact information and filing systems. You will also be responsible for the timely execution of all clerical duties, including copying, scanning, faxing, filing, and data entry. Moreover, you will perform tasks that contribute to the completion of various projects and goals within the Facilities & Safety organization. Join us and take your career to the next level! The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains – air, land, sea, space and cyber. Responsibilities: Update the Origami/PM database with costs, scope, and supporting documentation associated with preventative maintenance and repair activities. Liaise with Facilities & Safety vendors to ensure services are scheduled as intended, visits are registered with Security and scheduled activities are communicated to Administration and affected users. Enter monthly safety audit findings into Safety database. Obtain pricing for repairs and special projects, submit purchase requisitions, confirm & validate project completions and ensure all necessary billing is accurate and submitted as needed. Communicate and coordinate with the janitorial crew to schedule special requests and planned services, report findings and log janitorial quality reports into database as needed. Monitor incoming service tickets to ensure timely response by Maintenance or Safety Specialists, track all open work orders to completion and record all ergonomic tickets for Safety/HR tracking purposes. Track internal use of maintenance and safety supplies, establish Kanban reorder points to enable streamlined ordering efforts and order & restock supplies as needed. Process internal expense reports and credit card reconciliations, coordinate meetings through scheduling and meal coordination as needed, assist employees with processing of personal protective equipment purchases or reimbursements as needed. Qualifications You Must Have: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and 0 - 1 year of administrative experience. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Must have basic knowledge of administrative practices, to include clerical duties such as data entry, filing and utilizing office equipment. Must have experience with maintaining a secured facility, or working in a military or Department of Defense environment. Professional demeanor and excellent communications skills required, including the ability to manage a multi-line phone system. Must be extremely dynamic, demonstrate initiative, and have the ability to multi-task in a very fast paced-environment. Must be able to solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity.
