Your opportunity
Join our team at Westfield Hornsby as a Facilities Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in driving excellence in facility management. Working alongside the Assistant Facilities Manager, you will help ensure our facilities operate smoothly and continuously improve. Your efforts will be key in delivering exceptional service to our retailers and enhancing the overall experience for our customers.
Your role and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Support the centre team day-to-day in delivering best-in-class hard and soft services to deliver excellence in customer and retailer experience.
Build strong relationships with service providers to ensure maintenance and repairs are done on time, within budget, and in compliance.
Manage the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work orders.
Contribute to environmental and sustainability initiatives, improving reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Ensure accurate, timely, and budget-conscious completion of maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
This full-time permanent position is based on site at Westfield Hornsby.
What will set you apart from the rest?
Relevant experience in retail, property, hospitality, facilities or building management.
Trade qualifications/experience - ideally electrician, air conditioning technician, fire technician, refrigeration mechanic or data technician experience
Project management experience.
Strong customer service focus and exceptional administration skills.
Proven capabilities in supervising contractors, clarifying instructions and priorities to stakeholders.
Technology-literate and able to use business and building management systems and software.
Capable of meeting the demands of a seven-day operating centre while maintaining a standard five-day work week schedule.
