Job Summary

This entry-level position involves working under direct supervision to perform a variety of tasks related to facilities maintenance, including plumbing, masonry, fabrication, and painting.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist higher-level maintenance staff in performing routine maintenance tasks
• Repair and maintain equipment, machinery, and facilities
• Perform tasks as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year of experience in semi-skilled maintenance trades preferred
• Valid California Class C driver's license required
