Full Job Description
Plant Manager / Factory Incharge or Manager:

· Need Bachelor degree/ Master degree in chemistry or related scientific field.

· The Plant Manager will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensure policies and procedures are followed.

· Develop processes that will maximize safety, quality and productivity. Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources).

· Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.

· Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity & demand creation.

· Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.

· Proven work experience of minimum 5 years as a Plant / Factory Manager.

· Must be Computer literate & should have aability to create accountability.

· Need candidates from any FMCG, Manufacturing or Pharma based Industry

· Male candidates needed for this position
