Legal Research on various family law issues
Drafting and preparing legal documents (pleadings, motions, discovery requests, etc.)
Assisting attorneys with trial preparation and overall case management
Client communication to ensure timely updates and strategy discussions
Organizing case files and maintaining documentation per firm protocols
Professional communication with court staff, opposing counsel, and other parties
Representing clients in settlement negotiations, mediations, hearings, and trials
