Qualifications
This position requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in family law, with a particular emphasis on divorce, high-asset divorce, and child custody
The successful candidate will be a compassionate and solution-oriented professional who is ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in family law
Active license to practice law in the state of Colorado
Candidates who are former prosecutors with 3+ years of family law experience are encouraged to apply
Must be able to handle cases independently from initial intake through trial

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients on a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, adoption, and domestic violence
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, advocating for their rights and best interests
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including petitions, motions, agreements, and orders
Conduct thorough and detailed investigations to gather all necessary facts and evidence for each case
Collaborate with various professionals, such as social workers, counselors, and other attorneys, to ensure the best possible outcome for the client
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in family law and child custody regulations to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering empathetic and practical advice during difficult times
Commit to the highest standards of ethical conduct and professionalism
