As our Senior Accountant, you'll be a key player in the accounting and financial operations; partnering closely on a portfolio of real estate entities, to prepare and review financial statements, consolidations, and monthly reports. You'll use your keen analytical skills to prepare cash flow reports and analysis, maintain management and investment reporting, and collaborate with external auditors to ensure the financials are always in tip-top shape.
But that's not all - you'll also get to flex your creative muscles by working closely with our project accounting team to ensure our development projects are financially sound and aligned with the overall business strategy. Qualifications For Senior Accountant Job In Downtown Seattle, WA
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 4 Years Of Accounting Experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and multi-entity accounting required
Excellent proficiency with Excel and Microsoft applications
Self-starter and team player, willingness to help others, confident, and organized.
100% in-office position, location in downtown Seattle.
Up to $120,000 base salary DOE, 100% paid medical benefits, dental, 401K, commuter benefits, holiday and vacation pay.
