About Us:

Burleigh Flowers are third generation flower growers which was established in 1982 by the De Wit family from Holland. We have been producing different types of lilies since then and have continued to grow with the market.

Role Overview:

The Farm Sales and Operations Support role is a hands-on position assisting with both the sales of the flowers and the day-to-day running of the farm. Working closely with the Farm Manager and business owners, this role supports smooth operations, ensures customer satisfaction and helps keep the farm activities running efficiently.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety- part customer-facing, part farm work- and who thrives in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales

Support the preparation of invoices and delivery logistics.
Build and maintain positive relationships with florists, wholesalers and other customers.
Ensure orders are packed and presented to a high standard.
Farm Operations Support

Support with planting and other farm logistics.
What we are looking for:

Previous experience in sales, farming or horticulture (preferred but not essential).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a hands-on environment
Organized, reliable and able to take initiative.
Willingness to work flexibly across farm and sales duties.
Physically fit
Above all else, a good attitude and willingness to learn.
