About the Role
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Fashion Designer and Merchandiser. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating fashionable pieces, selecting high-quality textiles, integrating embroidery, overseeing fittings, and ensuring each design aligns with the company's aesthetic.
Key responsibilities include sketching new designs, fabric selection, communicating with suppliers, overseeing samples, and maintaining brand consistency.
The ideal candidate will have skills in Fashion Design and Fashion, experience working with Embroidery and Textiles, expertise in Fitting and ensuring proper garment fit, excellent creativity and attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, good communication and project management skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
