Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and talented Head of Fashion Design to lead our design team. The ideal candidate will possess strong fashion design and textile skills, expertise in embroidery techniques, and a thorough understanding of current fashion trends. This role requires a meticulous eye for detail, exceptional fitting skills, and the ability to manage and inspire a creative team. Prior experience in the sportswear industry is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design Leadership: Lead the design team in creating innovative and stylish sportswear collections that reflect the Technosports brand.
• Textile Expertise: Apply extensive knowledge of fashion design and textiles to develop high-quality, durable, and fashionable sportswear.
• Embroidery Management: Oversee and manage the implementation of complex embroidery techniques, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship.
• Trend Analysis: Stay current with fashion trends and integrate this knowledge into new designs to keep Technosports at the forefront of the industry.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure all garments meet the highest standards of detail and fit, prioritizing both aesthetics and functionality.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire the design team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Problem-Solving: Utilize strong communication and creative problem-solving skills to address design challenges and streamline processes.
• Industry Insight: Leverage experience in the sportswear industry to inform design decisions and maintain market relevance and competitiveness.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in fashion design, with significant experience in managing embroidery techniques.
• Skills:
• Proficient in fashion design and textiles
• Expertise in managing embroidery techniques
• Knowledgeable about current fashion trends
• Strong attention to detail and fitting skills
• Excellent communication and creative problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to manage and lead a design team

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the sportswear industry is a plus
