Job Title: Admin Executive Reporting Manager: Manager - Financial Planning Location: Bangalore Qualification: B Com Minimum Experience: 2 years Preferred Gender: Female Summary Description This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day office tasks such as Administration tasks, HR activities, Recruiting, booking keeping which is briefed below and not limited to, Office Administration work Handling travel booking including travel tickets, Visa, accommodation booking etc. Preparing a Capex and Opex budgeting for admin requirements Purchase and maintenance of office stationery and housekeeping materials. Payment of utility bills Handling petty cash / bank transactions, company credit card along with submitting timely bills to accounts team Handling of office maintenance vendors and AMCs Handling Recruitment, Employee onboarding and offboarding formalities Basic requirement: Good verbal and written communication skills Knowledge about MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Knowledge about office 365 app suite. Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Schedule: - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: - Office administration: 2 years (required
