**Job Description:**

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Female Recruiter to join our team on a freelance basis. This is a work-from-home opportunity with flexible timings, perfect for individuals seeking a balance between professional and personal commitments. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in recruitment, though freshers with an MBA in HR are also encouraged to apply.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and other recruitment platforms.

2. Conduct interviews to assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.

3. Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.

4. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to onboarding.

6. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

7. Maintain and update the recruitment database.

8. Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to management.

+. Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.

**Qualifications:**

1. Minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment.

2. Freshers with an MBA in HR are welcome to apply.

3. Proven ability to conduct various types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).

4. Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Strong decision-making skills.

7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

**Skills:**

1. Strong understanding of recruitment processes.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Ability to identify and engage potential candidates.

4. Strong organizational and time management skills.

5. Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms.

6. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

**Education:**

1. MBA in Human Resources or related field (preferred for freshers).
