What Success Looks Like In This Role The Field Engineer performs activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining and servicing computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals.
Responsibilities And Accountabilities Provide on-site support to various clients.Provide support for hardware such as laptops, desktops, and monitors.Install and maintain PCs along with associated accessories and peripherals.Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes as required.Test and certify PCs.Provide follow-up on problems, escalations, and requests.Maintain a high degree of professionalism.Ensure customer satisfaction throughout all transactions.Ensure incident and request tickets are updated according to the ticketing system.Provide on-call support.Some travel may be required.You will be successful in this role if you have: NV1 Security Clearance is required.Must be an Australian Citizen. #J-18808-Ljbffr
