We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our real estate team as a Field Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting site visits, obtaining client signatures on essential documents, and managing daily operational tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:

Site Visits: Conduct regular visits to various real estate properties and development sites.
Client Interaction: Meet with clients to obtain necessary signatures on contracts, agreements, and other essential documents.
Document Management: Ensure all client files are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
Daily Duties: Perform daily operational tasks, including but not limited to coordinating appointments, organizing paperwork, and responding to client inquiries.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to the management team regarding site visits, client interactions, and any issues encountered.
Coordination: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Problem Resolution: Address any concerns or issues raised by clients during site visits and escalate as necessary.
Qualifications:

Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within the real estate industry is preferred but not required.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document handling and client interactions.
Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle unexpected challenges effectively.
Driving License: A valid driving license is required, as the role involves frequent travel to different sites.
