The IIoT Site Supervisor is responsible for managing on-site operations related to IIoT deployments, ensuring smooth execution of projects, and maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Oversight: Supervise the installation and integration of IIoT devices, sensors, and networks.
• Team Management: Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Quality Control: Ensure IIoT systems are installed and configured correctly, meeting industry standards.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and resolve technical issues related to IIoT infrastructure.
• Data Monitoring: Oversee real-time data collection and ensure proper connectivity between devices.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with project managers, clients, and vendors to provide updates and resolve concerns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Diploma degree in engineering, electronics, or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IIoT protocols, cloud platforms, and edge computing.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and coordination.
