Field Sales Associate

Responsibilities
Responsible for the sales process from initial solicitation through contract completion. Includes
Identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance and adherence to sale
Processes. Must passionately represent the brand(s) and be able to ethically coach prospects through
The discovery process, financing resolution and market development.
1. Initial contact with prospects
2. Follows the sales process with prospective franchisees thoroughly
3. Executes monthly and yearly sales objectives with regular tracking and progress reports
4. Works closely with Team Leader of Franchise Development on strategic initiatives to achieve goals
5. Able to build awareness in respective territories for the brands represented
7. Provide tools to assist in achieving goals
Requirements:
1. Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
2. Extensive sales experience.
3. Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
4. Professional yet affable disposition.
5. Neat, well-groomed appearance.
6. Great networking skills.
Key Responsibilities
Getting new franchise leads for our organization.
Converting the franchise leads into franchise sales.
Manage the entire franchise sales process.
Develop solid leads, methodically source, and recruit new franchisee prospects.
Own ultimate responsibility for successful meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value.
Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales.
Develop strategy for franchise base enhancement.
Produce Franchise Development Plans within the overall growth strategy
Prepare Business Plan Proposals to potential candidates
Experience - Any experience into sales
Salary -Depend on Experience and Interview
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
