Job description
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive at CNC /VMC tooling in Rajkot. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building relationships with existing customers, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets. The role requires frequent travel within the assigned territory, effective communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and close deals. Qualifications • Strong sales skills, including prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships • Achievement-oriented mindset and target-driven approach • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory • Experience in field sales or related roles • Knowledge of the local market and industry • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Diploma / Degree in Mechanical
