Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Field Sales Executive to join our team, primarily based in Agol, Akrund, Ahmedabad, or Delhi. This is a full-time position that requires 1 to 3 years of work experience. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, increasing market share, and fostering relationships with clients in the dental industry.

Qualifications And Skills
• Sales experience in field operations, preferably within the dental industry (Mandatory skill).
• Extensive product knowledge related to dental restorative systems (Mandatory skill).
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively deliver product information and support to clients.
• Proficiency in negotiation to close sales deals and handle client objections.
• Strong customer relationship management skills to build and maintain trustworthy client relationships.
• Time management skills to efficiently plan and execute sales activities and meet targets.
• Effective networking capabilities to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth.
• Problem-solving skills to address client issues and concerns promptly and to their satisfaction.

Roles And Responsibilities
• Execute sales strategies and initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets in the designated regions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dental practitioners and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular visits to dental clinics to promote products, offer training, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of dental restorations.
• Collect and analyze market data to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
