Designation: Executive – Business Development (Field Sales)
Desired Profile
 Education : Graduate
 Experience : Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in field sales
 Preferred : Medical Representative / Diagnostics sales / Any sale
Job Responsibilities:

 Identify prospective franchisee partners (small laboratories, collection centers, clinics/ mid-
size hospitals)) who will sell the diagnostics services of GD.

 Explain the services and policies of GD franchisee and convince a client to become a franchise
partner of GD.
 Visit the potential clients at pre-designated time as per a daily call list.
 Meet the Franchise Partners who have become inactive; understand the concerns and
coordinate with the head-office to get them resolved.
 Serve as the link between Lab, clinics, hospital and GD Lab with respect to service
delivery.

Compensation: Shall depend on years of relevant experience and personality
assessment but, will be one of the most significant in this industry.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
