What You’ll Do

After completing our comprehensive training program, you’ll:
• Maintain and Support: Execute and report preventative maintenance and service visits.
• Troubleshoot and Optimize: Identify and resolve production issues and ensure machines run at peak performance.
• Collaborate and Lead: Work with local teams and guide employees during maintenance visits.
• Educate and Enhance: Train customers and implement machine enhancements.

From customer sites to our offices, you’ll partner with experienced colleagues who’ll help you master Marel’s cutting-edge technology.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a hands-on problem solver with:
• A mechanical/electrical trade background or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience with industrial machines, particularly troubleshooting, installing, or repairing.
• Knowledge of interdependent equipment functions and skills in 3D design or SolidWorks (a plus).
• Willingness to travel regularly and work weekends.
• A readiness to work in demanding environments, including cold, hot, humid, and wet conditions in food production plants.
