About The Role

We are currently looking to fill a Field Service Engineer position to join our Melbourne branch - based in the CBD and surrounds. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and support of Colour and B&W print equipment and ancillary products with associated software & services solutions.

As a member of the Victoria Service Team, you will ensure customer satisfaction through on site corrective and preventative maintenance on customer equipment reporting to the VIC Service Delivery Manager.

Previous experience as a technician in the Print Industry is highly desirable with an aptitude for IT knowledge and understanding.

To be qualified for this position, ideally your background and skills will comprise of the following:

Your strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills and professional approach, as well as a positive attitude in dealing with customers, are essential attributes for this role
A keen desire to learn and apply new skills will be encouraged in the Konica Minolta environment that fosters continuous employee development
Applicants must possess a strong mechanical / electrical aptitude, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proven track record of excellent customer service, ensuring to go above and beyond


Essential requirements for this role:

Demonstrated experience a similar role and/or network, IT and technical knowledge/understanding

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer service skills

Excellent organisation and time management skills

Australian Work Rights are essential

Australian Driver's License, Working with Children Check and Police Check will be required
