Job Description:

As a Field Service Technician specializing in Electric, Plumbing, and HVAC systems, you will be responsible for on-site maintenance, repairs, and installations. Your role will involve diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring the optimal performance and safety of client systems. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Perform planned maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Accurately diagnose and resolve electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
• Install, repair, and replace electrical components, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC systems as needed
• Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations while on-site
• Communicate effectively with clients, explaining services and providing recommendations
• Maintain detailed records of service calls, work performed, and parts used
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, innovations, and best practices to enhance job performance

Requirements:
• Valid and up-to-date Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC licenses in the state(s) of operation
• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role, ideally within the electrical, plumbing, or HVAC industries
• Strong technical expertise in diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willingness to travel to various job sites within the designated service area
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment, working in various environments
