About the Role:

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Installation and Repair Professional to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver top-notch customer service while executing field-based installation and repair services for dental technology.

Main Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Ensure a fully equipped van is available for each visit, containing all necessary tools and supplies.
Manage inventory levels, maintaining adequate stock to minimize delays and maximize productivity.
Stay updated on product knowledge, troubleshooting techniques, and customer satisfaction strategies through continuous training.
Comply with all applicable health and safety regulations, using personal protective gear when required.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, colleagues, and clients to guarantee seamless task completion.
Offer comprehensive guidance on equipment maintenance, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices for optimal utilization.
Complete work orders accurately and submit paperwork within stipulated deadlines.
Adhere to company fleet management policies, focusing on regular vehicle upkeep and preventing accidents.
Support special projects and undertake additional duties as directed by management.
Affiliated Skills & Qualifications:

Strong background in customer-facing roles, preferably in the dental technology industry.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
Capacity to lift heavy equipment, bending, and standing for prolonged periods.
Additional Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range: $62,357 - $+3,536 (dependent on experience and qualifications).
Eligibility for performance bonuses, not reflected in the posted salary range.
