About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Banker Associate II. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, providing personalized financial solutions, and promoting a range of banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities
• Become a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their financial needs and goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to cross-sell and upsell banking products and services to existing customers.
• Utilize advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information and make informed decisions.
• Promote a culture of exceptional customer service and ensure that all interactions are professional and respectful.
Requirements
• A college degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in the financial industry is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to develop a working knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) is required.
