Job Summary
As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Duties
Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
Process payroll and maintain payroll records
Utilize accounting software such as Xero and Sage for financial data management
Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
Assist in budgeting processes to optimize financial resources
Conduct account reconciliation to verify the accuracy of financial information
Skills
Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
Experience with accounting software like Xero and Sage
Strong analytical skills for account analysis and reconciliation
Knowledge of payroll processing procedures
Ability to conduct bank reconciliations effectively
Familiarity with budgeting processes
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $81,015.00-$84,267.00 per year
