We are searching for someone who brings more than just great admin and bookkeeping skills — we’re looking for a right-hand person to our Finance Manager. This is a trusted role that will blend finance support, personal assistant duties, and general business administration.
The right person will be emotionally intelligent, proactive, organised, and motivated by being part of a team, not just completing tasks.
Your Role Will Include:
Assisting the Finance Manager with bookkeeping and financial tasks (AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll support, reporting)
Supporting document preparation, reporting, and compliance (BAS, super, etc.)
Payroll preparation and review
Assisting with financial admin and occasional business admin where needed
Being a second set of eyes and ears to help the Finance Manager stay organised and focused

You like taking ownership and supporting others
You have some bookkeeping or financial admin skills
