We are hiring a finance executive for our finance team. Currently the Finance Team consists of 4 members. The position that we are looking for has a good growth potential and the person we are looking for is one who can be hands-on and also think along with the Finance Controller and Management for efficient handling of the finance at Froq Group.

The job involves an all rounding work, right from the book-keeping activities, sales invoice booking, purchase invoices, payments, bank entries and reconciliations, Audit coordination, Tax compliance (both India and Netherlands), debtors follow up, project finance, business finance analysis, Accurate and timely reporting to list a few.

Responsibilities:

Accounting & Reporting:

Ø Ensuring proper book-keeping with best accounting practices

Ø Individual job content will involve booking of sales invoice processing, purchase entries, bank entries, reconciliations, receivables management, cash and bank payments, journal entries, Payroll etc.

Ø Creation of project wise sales estimates / invoices based on units and rates for clients.

Ø Review of transactions at regular intervals and ensure basic hygiene is maintained in

a) Revenue recognition b) Cost booking

Ø Process and control checks to ensure day to day activities to be error-free, meet utmost compliance in regard to process, statutory obligations etc.

Ø Prepare financial reports and budgets, compare with budgets, understand and communicate reasons for variance

Ø Understand financial software to develop various reports and to make best use of the available reporting resources to prepare and analyse data.

Data Analysis

Froq works on a project basis and a deep dive into the project costing and cost drivers with an objective to produce valuable insights into the costs and revenue trend. So the job involves

Ø Man-hours booking and checking on a daily basis and track missing hours.

Ø Preparation of productivity reports, trend analysis, Client wise margins on monthly / quarterly basis

Statutory Compliance and Corporate Governance

Ø Ensure regulatory compliance including timely payment of taxes, filing of returns, tax audits and assessments.

Ø Preparation of financial statements as per the applicable accounting standards and companies act

Ø Liaison with the Statutory Auditors and Tax Auditors and ensure that the audits are completed as per the scheduled timelines.

Ø Preparing of Income tax computation and return

Ø Responsible for proper deduction and payment of TDS and filing of quarterly E-TDS

Ø Preparing and filing Monthly GST returns and refund claims.

Ø Assist in information on Transfer pricing Report and compliance.

Ø Ensure compliance on Company affairs, other regulations on international transactions.

Stakeholder management

Ø Lead and participate in continuous improvement to support the respective functions

Ø Share best practices between the functional teams among Project owners / CSMs/GPC/HR etc.

Ø To develop and maintain the tools to facilitate knowledge sharing and information on key areas

Ø Actively promote the use of standard systems and processes.

Ø Proactively identify issues, engage with various stakeholders and get issues resolved in a sustainable manner.

Process Improvements:

Ø Adhering to process in all transactions, understand the reasoning behind the process, suggesting process improvements in possible areas.

Ø Able to understand and interpret contracts / agreements and translate it into financial system to ensure terms, timelines and processes for execution of contracts.

Qualifications

Ø Post-Graduation, Intermediate CMA or CA or Any sound qualification in Finance is preferred.

Ø Any Sound Accounting and Finance Qualification.

Ø Good communication and interpersonal skills to work efficiently in a team environment.

Ø Process oriented, attention to details, attitude to learn new things and adoptability are key soft-skill requirements.

Ø Taking own responsibility instead of merely processing tasks/instructions is a much-needed trait. Intrapreneurial mind set.

Ø Expect to be hands-on and also able to get things done within the team and with other stakeholders in the most professional and smooth way
