Job Description
• Complete responsibility for accounting and reporting functions with a focus on automation and efficiency of processes
• Vendor registration, Invoice generation, Invoice management, and coordination with company CA
• Ensure a robust accounting system to track revenues, costs, taxes, etc
• Following up on payments with clients and ensuring payments to vendors
• Update and roll out MIS for Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual reports.
• Sound understanding of compliances under Income Tax, GST, and other laws.
• Enthusiastic about technology and the ability to test out new products with respect to the above.
• Sound Knowledge of accounting software and Tools – ERP Tally
Audit/ Finance Team
• Reconciliation of Bank statements
• Vendor and Customer Ledger reconciliation & Statement Preparation
• Other reports preparation
• Vendor Form creation
• Invoice Preparation
• Vendor Payment process
Other Stuff
• Corporate credit card Handling
• Clients query response and solve the issue
Qualifications
• Experience 2.5 years to 4 years
• Sound understanding of compliances under Income Tax, GST, and other laws
• Good with handling MIS
• Sound Knowledge of Accounting and the software tools

Work Timing- +:30 to 7pm
Location- Bangalore
