We are currently seeking a seasoned and dynamic Finance Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of our manufacturing company. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting activities, including Tax, Audit, Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting, Cost Analysis and Control, Monthly Reporting. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Job Details
Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage all financial and accounting operations within the company, including but not limited to, FP&A, monthly reporting, financial analysis, and financials.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, financial planning, budgeting, and profitability analyses.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including profit and loss by division, forecast vs. budget by division, and weekly cash flow by division.
• Analyze complex financial data and extract and define relevant information; interpret data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project a financial probability.
• Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
• Review financial data for accuracy, correctness, and completeness.
• Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends, analyzing change and advising accordingly.
• Formulate strategic and long-term business plans, researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
• Proficient in all aspects of corporate accounting and all pertinent GAAP, SEC rules and regulations including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills. Experience with other financial or accounting software is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial data in a clear and concise manner.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret and analyze large amounts of data.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Must be detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and the ability to produce accurate and timely reports.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
