Finance Research Analyst & Content writer

Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on various finance-related topics, including stocks, equity markets, investment instruments, economic trends, and personal finance principles. The key objective is to simplify the content and deliver it to the masses in India in bite sizes and easily understandable format.
• Collaborate with the copywriter, design team, and social media team to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas and storyboards for social media platforms and in-app content.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, data insights, and industry developments to inform content strategy.
• Interpret complex financial data- earnings reports, financial statements and translate it into compelling narratives to create content for our target audience.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors that may impact financial markets and investment strategies.
• Support the development of educational content materials, including blog articles, infographics to enhance user engagement and retention

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus.
• Proven experience of minimum 2 years working as a financial analyst/ equity research analyst, or similar role in the capital markets/ finance industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, conduct valuation analysis, and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts for a diverse audience.
• Proficiency in using data analytics tools, and research databases (preferred but not necessary).
• Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, finance related content will be a plus.
