We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Finance Telemarketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and effectively communicating our financial products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial products, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation:

- Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.

- Use sales techniques to gather relevant information and assess client needs.

2. Client Engagement:

- Initiate contact with prospective clients to present our financial products and services.

- Educate clients on various financial solutions and benefits to meet their needs.

3. Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-up communications and ongoing support.

- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Sales Conversion:

- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to secure appointments and sales opportunities.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system.

- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, leads generated, and conversions.

6. Compliance and Ethics:

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct all business activities with integrity and professionalism.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales within the financial services industry.

- Strong knowledge of financial products such as Secured and Unsecured loans, Bank limits overdraft limit and cash credit limit, all type of insurance, etc.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to effectively handle objections and negotiate with clients.

- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.

- Microsoft Office Suite.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

- Understanding of market trends and competitor offerings.
