At TIES, we are looking for a dynamic individual who is eager to take on new challenges and is self-motivated in the fast-paced environment of a start-up. An energetic talent who can multitask and is knowledgeable about accounting, administrative and human resource duties.

Roles and Responsibilities-

1. Act as the first point of contact for Administrative, and HR-related queries from employees as well as partners and/or customers.

2. Keep accurate records for all daily transactions

3. Organise customer contracts and evaluate all agreements and invoices

4. Prepare balance sheets and process invoices for accounts payable and receivable.

5. Prepare financial data and reports

6. Prepare reports of the payroll on monthly basis

7. Answer employee queries about HR/ admin related issues

8. Ensure efficient client services- attend phone calls on company’s behalf and redirect to appropriate department

+. Compile and update employee records

Qualification and Skills-

1. Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills - strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills

2. Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular), Knowledge of CRM is a plus

3. Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects

4. Preferred work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role
