The role



This is a newly created role within our finance team, designed to support the business’s growth. You will work closely with our CFO and Senior FP&A Analyst, and is the ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building efficient processes, and has strong technical accounting skills.



Manage the day-to-day general ledger operations, including reconciliations and payments.
Lead month-end closing, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Prepare and post journals and ensure supporting work papers are in place.
Establish and refine financial controls and processes to enhance efficiency.
Support financial reporting and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and improve decision-making.


Required skills



CA qualified
Experience in a Big 4 firm is highly desirable.
Strong technical accounting skills with experience in ledger management, month-end close, and journal entries.
Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to build and improve financial processes.
Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
