Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.
• Creation of transfer pricing workings for transfers between entities.
• Managing bank payments, AP invoice booking, AP, and payroll for the Indian entity.
• Coordinate with multiple teams internally for AP and taxes-related activities.
• Participation in statutory audits, due diligences, internal audits in a timely manner.
• Responsible for monthly book closing (includes BRS, invoice booking, accruals, capitalization, etc).
• Managing the FAR (Fixed Asset Register) and reconciliation with books of accounts.
• Review vendor ledgers and aging on a monthly basis.
• Preparation of cash flow projections.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements. This includes creating transfer pricing workings for inter-entity transactions and managing bank payments, AP invoices, and payroll for the Indian entity.
Additionally, the role involves coordinating with multiple teams internally for AP and tax-related activities, participating in statutory audits, due diligence, and internal audits in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate environments, preferably with global exposure, and a strong understanding of IndAS/IFRS.
The selected individual will also be responsible for monthly book closing, managing the FAR, and reconciling it with books of accounts. Reviewing vendor ledgers and aging on a monthly basis is another key responsibility. Preparation of cash flow projections is also essential to this role.

A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is mandatory, and a CA certification is required. 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate environment, preferably with global exposure, is necessary. Knowledge of ERP environments, specifically SAP, COUPA, or DarwinBox, is an added advantage.
