Responsibilities
This role will ensure senior management across the LatAm/GFG PB have visibility into major initiatives, business metrics, financials and data insights to achieve their strategic objectives
As a Financial Analysis, Vice President within the LatAm/GFG Finance team, you will have the opportunity to work with other highly motivated team members in transforming the finance function into a connected, forward-looking organization that promotes strategic decision making of the business
You will collaborate globally across a diverse set of stakeholders in a dynamic environment
This role offers high visibility across the Private Bank organization and exposure to the Chief Financial Officer of the business, as well as the opportunity to work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders and senior business leads
Drive financial budgeting, reporting, forecasting and analysis
Ensure efficiency reporting, analytics and strategy - including, but not limited to - location strategy, span of control, reporting and analytics
Create financial business cases supporting initiatives
Develop and track performance metrics, creating presentations, and generally providing financial analysis on a variety of topics to senior management
Oversee and perform the process to deliver month-end results, the forecast for the remainder of the year, and the budget for future years
Perform variance analysis to understand the key drivers of the results and presenting commentary to FP&A managers and line of business CFOs explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgets
Design new reports and dashboards to efficiently deliver the financial results to senior management
Enhance controls and streamlining processes, introducing automation where possible
Global Finance & Business Management works to strategically manage capital, drive growth and efficiencies, maintain financial reporting and proactively manage risk

The Latin America Private bank and Global Families Group Finance team is seeking a seasoned professional who has a penchant for story-telling with financial data and is strategic, analytical, and energetic. This is a high-impact opportunity on our Finance team with broad exposure with the LatAm/GFG business as well as Finance and other functions across the firm.
