In this role, you will be assisting with various financial and accounting operations, including the monthly financial closing activities and other related tasks. You will be actively engaged in the financial aspects of the manufacturing industry, using your skills to analyze costs, reconcile balance sheets, and support budgeting and forecasting procedures.
Responsibilities
• Assist with the completion of monthly financial closing activities and other accounting tasks as required.
• Perform monthly cost and variance analysis for the manufacturing unit and liaison areas.
• Generate monthly mill and corporate financial reports as assigned.
• Aid in the monthly balance sheet reconciliation process as necessary.
• Support the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process by providing relevant data and insights.
• Execute various Accounting Functions, including Accrual Accounting and Auditing.
• Participate in Budget Processes and Capital Management activities.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience in various Accounting Functions
• Understanding of Accrual Accounting
• Experience in Auditing
• Familiarity with Budget Processes
• Knowledge of Capital Management
• Experience in the Manufacturing industry
