Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with healthcare clients to understand their unique financial needs and design customized solutions.
• Lead the configuration of systems, develop prototypes, and support client testing to ensure seamless implementation.
• Stay abreast of industry standards and innovations, contributing to the continuous improvement of our practices.
• Provide ongoing training and knowledge-sharing with colleagues to foster a collaborative environment.
• Regularly update the Engagement Manager to ensure project milestones are met.
• Engage in discovery sessions with potential clients and mentor junior team members.
Required Skills
• Expertise in financial management software implementation such as Workday, Lawson, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
• Comprehensive understanding of General Ledger alongside other financial systems like Accounts Payable and Receivable, Asset Management, Expense Management, or Banking & Settlement.
• Strong communication capabilities to engage effectively with leadership and stakeholders.
• Proven project management skills coupled with a robust customer service orientation.
• Ability to adapt swiftly to new technologies and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 7 years in financial management software implementation or related functional roles.
• At least 7 years of consulting experience, with a track record in healthcare financial operations preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required for client engagements.
