Job description
At Cyfuture, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our accounts team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling vendor payments, processing employee reimbursements, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities include:
• Payment Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and other payments.
• Bank Transactions: Handle online banking transactions, RTGS/NEFT payments, and cheque issuance as required.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with vendors, internal departments, and banks to resolve payment-related queries.
• Reconciliation: Perform periodic reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor ledgers, and payment records.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all payments comply with company policies, tax regulations (GST/TDS), and audit requirements.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor fund availability and assist in managing cash flow planning.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in accounts payable, payments, or treasury functions
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and banking procedures.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
