Should have sound knowledge of MS Excel and general accounting.
Should have excellent knowledge of accounting principles and accounting software such as tally prime.
Should have basic understanding of AP/AR/GST/Income Tax.
Qualifications
CA Final drop out with 0-1 years of experience
CA inter drop out or BCom/MCom/MBA with relevant experience.
Package: upto 6 LPA
JD:
1. Perform monthly closure activities including passing month end/audit adjustment entries.
2. Ensure closure of modules and trial balances as per the month end calendars.
3. Review of trial balance, preparation of balance sheet and profit and loss statement.
4. Preparation of finance pack, Director’s pack and balance sheet.
5. Perform analytical review for key balance sheet and profit and loss items on a monthly basis and identify areas for further review, if required.
6. Coordinate with auditors (Statutory / Tax / Internal etc) and company management for audit requirements & queries.
7. Closure of books, post audit entries if any.
8. Prepare and review MIS reports as per agreed formats.
+. Ensure once period close from respective teams no entry has been passed, if any passed approval will be there.
10. Timely coordinating with HR team, Tax team, Sales Team, AP team & AR team for annexures submitted with FC & Directors packs
