Firmwide Business Resiliency Team - Associate [601] – L1 Support & Testing

The Firmwide Business Resiliency Team [FBRT] mission is to provide a comprehensive data driven and risk-based business resiliency program with an enhanced focus on Essential Services, supported by a robust firmwide internal/external engagement and governance framework. Within FBRT, the Application & Tool Support Team provides L1 support, performing User Acceptance Testing and Release Management for Enterprise Resiliency Management & Analytics [ERMA] system.

FBRT is seeking an action-minded, inventive Associate to join the Product Quality Management Team in Mumbai to carry out test automation, and quality improvement initiatives for ERMA (Enterprise Resiliency Management Analytics) product. This role requires an interest and passion to automate manual processes, and develop innovative solutions that advance test automation, guide User Acceptance Testing, and help us identify opportunities and advance the automation agenda in the testing space. This role will report into the Firmwide Business Resiliency India Lead.

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide daily system support operations including, issue resolution, user requests, enhancement requests, user acceptance testing, ad-hoc requests, etc.
Monitor the support tools, mailbox for user Tickets/Issues
Prioritize and schedule tickets; escalate tickets/issues to the L2/L3 teams as required
Provide technology troubleshooting support as basic user issues, system issues such as data problems
Resolve and close user related tickets assigned to Operate Support in a timely and complete manner by providing application knowledge
Execute plans during release testing in advance of User UAT to detect & report defects in a timely manner for resolution prior to release
Partner with developers & users to understand newly developed functionality so that you can test each new feature & help communicate to users how the produce works with each new release
Validation and presentation of Test Results for internal Sign-off
Flexibility in working for EMEA shifts
Be part of existing projects and participate in new projects
Application testing/validation support – on need basis
Be a strong team player and support the team in delivering the tasks accurately and timely manner.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

3-5 years of relevant experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer service oriented
Ability to converse with both Technical and Business Partners in Technical or Business terms as needed
Strong organizational, documentation, and multi-tasking skills with demonstrated ability to manage expectations and deliver results
High-level of professionalism, self-motivation, and sense of urgency
