As Fleet & Procurement Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting both our Procurement and Fleet teams. You’ll ensure the smooth operation of our fleet and maintain cost-effective and high-quality procurement processes. Your responsibilities will include analysing and coordinating fleet and procurement activities, preparing reports, supporting internal stakeholders, and liaising with suppliers to enhance operational efficiency.
With experience in either a Fleet or Procurement function, you’ll have strong administration, analytical and communication skills. You’ll support the Procurement department in their daily activities, such as ensuring all materials and services are cost effective and of high quality, whilst ensuring that reports are accurate and maintained. You’ll also provide vital day to day support to the Fleet Operations Manager, and liaise with the wider business and external suppliers to ensure smooth running of the fleet function.
Previous Experience Of SAP Is Essential For This Role.
