Position Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking highly meticulous, trustworthy professionals for the role of Health & Wellness Customer Care Coordinator. In this specialized contact center position, you will operate within a highly regulated environment, providing essential administrative and emotional support to our healthcare customers.
• Compassionate Intake: Warmly answer inbound calls from patients, assisting them with scheduling clinic appointments, verifying operating hours, and explaining basic service pricing with immense patience.
• HIPAA Compliance: Maintain absolute, uncompromising adherence to all privacy regulations. You will handle patient demographic information with the highest degree of ethical discretion and digital security.
• Prescription Logistics: Interface with local Walmart pharmacies to track the status of mail-order prescriptions or resolve minor billing inquiries, ensuring patients receive their medications without stressful delays.
• Empathetic De-escalation: Healthcare can be stressful. You must utilize profound emotional intelligence to calm anxious patients, providing them with clear, reassuring, and accurate information.
