Job Description

Overview
Chlyn Safety Services Ltd. is currently hiring a part-time receptionist for our Hinton office. We are a locally owned and operated health and safety services provider committed to professionalism, customer service, and workplace health and safety. This role has the potential to grow into a full time position for the right candidate.

This position requires a strong understanding of computer programs, excellent time management skills, the ability to multitask and communicate efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Answering phones and greeting clients
Booking appointments and managing schedules
Data entry and general administrative tasks
Front desk support
Processing payments.
Drug and Alcohol screening (full training will be provided).
Audiometric screening (full training will be provided).
Skills and Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, students, and team members.
Computer knowledge, including outlook, Gmail, Microsoft office and Adobe.
Friendly, professional, and organized.
Quick learning is essential to guarantee the highest level of service.
Proficient in computers and problem-solving techniques.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently or as a team.
Must adhere to a zero drug and alcohol policy.
Pre-Employment

Reliable transportation.
Successful completion of drug and alcohol screening.
Clear criminal background check.
Professional written and spoken English.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
