Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Conduct cold calls, mail campaigns, and targeted digital marketing to generate new leads.
• Sales Strategy: Develop, implement, and optimise local Sales and Marketing plans that drive engagement and growth.
• Networking: Actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand our presence in the market.
• Client Engagement: Foster relationships with local commercial estate agents and brokers to maximise referral opportunities.
• Sales Leadership: Oversee the sales process from inquiry to closure, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective clients.
• Client Management: Maintain a robust database of clients and leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and relationship management.
• Event Promotion: Plan and promote internal client events to enhance community engagement and client retention.
• Smooth Onboarding: Ensure all new client move-ins are efficient and hassle-free, providing exceptional client service at all times.

Candidate Profile
• Positive Attitude: Bring a can-do mindset and enthusiasm to all tasks.
• Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales is essential; familiarity with commercial property is a plus.
• Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, promoting a sales-driven culture across the team.
• Client Focus: Deliver outstanding client service, adapting quickly to changing needs.
• Detail-Oriented: Accurately forecast sales activities, submit proposals, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Proactive: Take the initiative to chase leads, interrogate opportunities, and persist in follow-ups to secure sales.

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
