£11,8+7.60 Per Annum, £11.44 Per Hour / 20 hours per week

voco Zeal Exeter Science Park, is situated at the entrance of Exeter Science Park, home to the South West’s leading science, technology, engineering, maths and medicine businesses. This premium 4-star hotel offers 142 stylish bedrooms, a restaurant and bar showcasing local produce, a mini gym, gardens and versatile meeting space. The hotel is 100% electric and has a car park with 12 EV charging points.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the F&B team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.

Desired Skills And Experience
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
