Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The selected candidate will oversee daily operations in the restaurant, ensure adherence to service standards, manage and coach team members, and maintain optimal guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising food and beverage service, coordinating with the kitchen, addressing guest concerns, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring quality control throughout the service. The role also involves staffing, scheduling, and training team members to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications
• Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead, train, and guide team members effectively
• Proficiency in maintaining service standards and ensuring consistency in food service delivery
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to address and resolve guest concerns professionally
• Experience working in food and beverage service, with knowledge of restaurant operations
• Capacity to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications in hospitality or food and beverage management preferred
