Reports To: Director of Food & Beverage
Role Summary
The Food & Beverage Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for the day-to-day excellence of our restaurant, bar, and event spaces. As an on-the-floor lead, you will bridge the gap between management and frontline team members, ensuring that service standards are met, inventory is managed, and every guest enjoys an elevated experience. You will act as a mentor to the team while maintaining a high-energy, solutions-oriented presence during peak service hours.
Responsibilities
Operations & Service Excellence
• Daily Support: Oversee food and beverage operations across the restaurant, bar, and event spaces to ensure timely, consistent, and high-quality service.
• On-the-Floor Leadership: Step in to assist team members during peak hours, maintaining a calm and professional presence to guide the floor through high-volume periods.
• Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for guests; resolve concerns immediately and proactively ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Event Support: Assist in event preparation, including bar setup and specialty drink execution. Provide day-of guidance to the team for setup, execution, and breakdown.
