The Opportunity
We are looking for a Forms Design and Management Officer to join our Standards and Information Team
As a member of the Standards and Information team you will have the opportunity to create innovative designs, develop forms and publications and coordinate the ordering and management of documents with the print industry. You will manage a register of artwork, the electronic forms library and coordinate ordering and management of documents with the print industry.

There are currently two (2) fixed term full-time positions available for immediate filling with the possibility of extension(s) or permanency.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments will be made for this or similar future vacancies (fixed term or permanent) that arise within the next 24 months from date of first appointment across the Department of Transport.

(SC1) Experience in the use of Adobe graphic design packages as well as proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
(SC2) High level of interpersonal, oral communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deal effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
The CV must contain the complete names and contact information of two (2) referees who can provide feedback on the applicant's capacity to meet all the Essential Work-Related Requirements. At least one of the referees should be the applicant's immediate (most recent) supervisor/manager unless there are exceptional circumstances.
