We are coming up with a D2C home leaning brand. Our mission is to provide high-quality, affordable cleaning solutions, including a complete range of solid and liquid cleaners, disinfectants, and fragrances.

We are looking for someone with prior experience in a D2C or eCommerce and who can take ownership of our operations, management, and sales functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Distribution:
• Develop and execute strategies to onboard distributors in top urban cities across target regions.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and modern trade partners to drive product penetration.
• Collaborate with quick commerce and e-commerce platforms for product listings and promotional campaigns.

Team Coordination:
• Work closely with sales teams (ASMs and distributors) to monitor performance and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and drive brand visibility.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, sales, or management within a D2C brand.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, distribution networks, and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to lead teams, work collaboratively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and app-based order management systems.
