Roles and Responsibilities:

Reporting to a Founder of the organization, your responsibilities will include:

Coordinate cross-departmental tasks to support strategic initiatives.
Manage Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Organize international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Facilitate virtual meetings with technical proficiency
Demonstrate budget management skills aligned with financial plans.
Maintain a positive, focused, and organized approach.
Attend meetings, record minutes, assign tasks, and follow up on action items.
Handle email correspondence, prioritize communications, and respond promptly.
Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports accurately.
Uphold confidentiality and act as a liaison between executive and stakeholders.
Candidate must have:

Comfortable Working in 05:30 AM to 02:30 PM Indian Standard Time, which is 0+:00 AM to 06:00 PM AEST.
Graduate degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Executive Support, preferably with strong experience in startups or as an entrepreneur, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset and proactive problem-solving approach.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines, and demonstrates agility to adapt to a changing startup environment and organizational skills to ensure task completion.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with professionalism and discretion.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to acquire new skills promptly if necessary, demonstrating a growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Skills:

Excellent English communication skills.
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in productivity tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Teams, Zoom, and scheduling/calendar software.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data management.
Process-oriented and tech-savvy, adept at leveraging technology and systems to streamline workflows and boost productivity, while maintaining discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and situations
A working knowledge of sales CRM will be an added advantage.
